Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university (and returning to school after the internship)
Available for a minimum of 10 weeks in Summer 2026
Pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
Organized and detail-oriented, with time management skills
Demonstrating initiative and a self-starter attitude
Developing proficiency in project management
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in program coordination, internal communications, or HR
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Generative AI or similar tools

Responsibilities

Create and curate messaging for talent development and communications
Support training content development and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
Help manage logistics and communications for OMLP interns and full-time participants, including onboarding, events, and assignment matching
Collaborate with leaders across sites and functions to support intern experiences and talent development initiatives
Assist with recruitment, survey analysis, and program enhancements that support the early talent pipeline
