Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university (and returning to school after the internship)
  • Available for a minimum of 10 weeks in Summer 2026
  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with time management skills
  • Demonstrating initiative and a self-starter attitude
  • Developing proficiency in project management
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in program coordination, internal communications, or HR
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Generative AI or similar tools
  • Passion for developing people and improving processes
  • Proven adaptability and community involvement

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate messaging for talent development and communications
  • Support training content development and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Help manage logistics and communications for OMLP interns and full-time participants, including onboarding, events, and assignment matching
  • Collaborate with leaders across sites and functions to support intern experiences and talent development initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment, survey analysis, and program enhancements that support the early talent pipeline
