Requirements

  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, closing)
  • Accountability for recruitment results, efficiency, quality, and equitable outcomes
  • Ability to research and incorporate tools, systems, emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance efficiency while maintaining a human-centered approach
  • Experience collaborating with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve practices, and uplevel talent decisions
  • Proficiency leveraging quantitative (funnel conversions, time to fill, pass-through rates) and qualitative data (candidate feedback) to identify patterns, flag risks, recommend improvements, and influence stakeholders
  • Skills in building diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach, especially across underrepresented communities
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive hiring with equitable, unbiased practices aligned with diversity and inclusion
  • Ability to act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across Product Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Security teams
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, gaining insights into teams, aligning on hiring needs, and driving recruitment strategies
  • Apply performance-based and competency-driven interviews to hire candidates with aligned skills, values, and vision
  • Deliver thoughtful, engaging candidate experiences that bring Jobber’s story to life and build lasting connections
  • Research and incorporate modern tools, systems, and AI to streamline recruitment while keeping a human-centered focus
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations and improve hiring practices for technical teams
  • Analyze data to drive stronger outcomes and influence stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations
  • Build and nurture strong, diverse talent pipelines via strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and outreach
  • Embed inclusive, equitable, and unbiased practices throughout the recruitment process
