Experience in building and scaling talent initiatives within a global environment is highly desirable, along with expertise in executive talent management and performance management frameworks. A demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams, coupled with a strong awareness of the talent landscape in EMEA and the Americas, is also required.
The Talent & Performance Lead will build upon and implement talent management strategies to boost talent engagement, career progression, and performance, including evaluation and promotion. They will design and enhance executive talent management and performance management frameworks, fostering continuous feedback and high performance. The role involves collaborating closely with the global P&C team, Google counterparts, and senior leaders to assess talent needs and develop innovative talent solutions, and serving as a trusted thought partner to guide strategic decisions. Additionally, the Lead will manage and empower a team of 3-4, offering expert advice on talent management strategies, and leveraging data and analytics to assess the impact of talent initiatives.
