Requirements

  • Graduation is must & MBA-HR is preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in IT/Non-IT hiring, insurance technology domain hiring exp. is preferable
  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for IT/Non-IT recruitment activities from sourcing till joining (preferably from product based org)
  • Work with business leaders to understand the requirement thoroughly and share the details with recruitment partners
  • Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
  • Plan and execute Campus hiring
  • Preliminary screening/interview of the resources to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Facilitate associated processes, such as collecting relevant documents for on-boarding, initiating Background Verification etc
  • Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all internal customers and spend time understanding and studying the business nuances/requirements
  • Publish weekly/monthly dashboards on key hiring metrics. Exposure on working in various ATS (Greenhouse, Taleo etc.)
