Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global and international recruitment, ideally in the technology and/or cybersecurity industry

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and review job descriptions
  • Assist in developing and revising job specifications and descriptions
  • Perform proactive, full-cycle recruiting to build a diverse pipeline for current and future roles
  • Identify effective recruitment methods, including creative approaches to attract top talent
  • Draft and post recruitment advertisements and job postings, as well as coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the process
  • Verify candidate credentials and provide guidance on salary negotiations
  • Maintain a strong presence in industry networks and communities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and help build and maintain Fortra’s brand as an employer of choice in strategic talent markets
