Requirements

5+ years of experience in global and international recruitment, ideally in the technology and/or cybersecurity industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting tools/applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday
Experience working with diverse and wide-reaching networks

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and review job descriptions
Assist in developing and revising job specifications and descriptions
Perform proactive, full-cycle recruiting to build a diverse pipeline for current and future roles
Identify effective recruitment methods, including creative approaches to attract top talent
Draft and post recruitment advertisements and job postings, as well as coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments
Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the process
Verify candidate credentials and provide guidance on salary negotiations
Maintain a strong presence in industry networks and communities
Ensure a positive candidate experience and help build and maintain Fortra’s brand as an employer of choice in strategic talent markets
