Responsibilities

  • Partnering with developers and Operations team to research, engage, and attract top engineering talent nationally and internationally
  • Handling recruitment with a big focus and responsibility
  • Putting people first through communication, trust, and collaboration
  • Creating and analyzing data to ensure business sustainability, development, and pursuit of team/organization purpose
  • National and international travel as needed (0%-15% estimated)
