Requirements

  • 5+ years of exceptional, full-cycle Tech/Product/Marketing recruiting experience (in a high-velocity IT environment)
  • Proven track record of independently filling a wide spectrum of vacancies, from Junior to C-level
  • Proficiency in conducting structured competency-based interviews and accurately assessing Culture Fit
  • Hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and utilizing advanced, non-traditional channels and AI-based techniques
  • Ability to quickly identify the root cause of problems (Strong Problem-solver) and deliver ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions
  • High drive for results, complete autonomy, and the ability to work effectively
  • Genuine Curiosity and a Growth Mindset — a constant drive to learn and improve processes
  • Readiness/Experience: source and recruit top talent across the European market
  • B2+ level of English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs and to build a successful, winning sourcing strategy
  • Full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to negotiating offers
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner: deeply understand our products and business approaches, utilizing this knowledge to drive highly effective hiring and conduct insightful interviews + build strong, trust-based working relationships with hiring managers
  • Proactively build strategic talent pipelines for critical and future roles by utilizing diverse recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional Candidate Experience by guiding candidates through the entire hiring process
  • Source and recruit top talent across the European market: engaging with both English-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking talent pools
