Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
  • Experience recruiting as an in-house recruiter for a high tech company
  • Experience conducting English phone interviews — a MUST
  • Proven success in attracting and engaging world-class talent
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet (Workable is an advantage)
  • Experience recruiting international candidates for high-tech or start-up companies
  • English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English
  • Experience recruiting international candidates remotely (e.g., UK/US)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally across multiple regions and functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and communities
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote Powtoon as a great place to work worldwide
