Requirements

At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience with sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
Experience recruiting as an in-house recruiter for a high tech company
Experience conducting English phone interviews — a MUST
Proven success in attracting and engaging world-class talent
Experience with recruiting tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet (Workable is an advantage)
Experience recruiting international candidates for high-tech or start-up companies
English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English
Experience recruiting international candidates remotely (e.g., UK/US)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally across multiple regions and functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and communities
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages
Build and maintain global talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives to promote Powtoon as a great place to work worldwide
