  • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques for effective candidate identification and engagement
  • Proven ability to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for candidate engagement, briefs, and reporting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and database management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to generate, interpret, and present sourcing metrics and recruiting reports preferred
  • Tech-savvy researcher with strong internet and technology tool proficiency
  • Experience or education in research, marketing, recruiting, computer/data science, or sales development is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex business models and corresponding talent profiles
  • Skilled in marketing and employer branding to effectively engage candidates
  • Objective and discerning in assessing talent through structured interview frameworks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated sourcing partner for the Business Transformation practice, identifying and engaging top-tier talent across multiple domains (such as FP&A, Finance Transformation, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to attract passive candidates
  • Build and maintain robust, diverse candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and talent mapping
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to translate talent requirements into effective sourcing plans
  • Continuously optimize sourcing processes, tools, and outreach messaging to improve candidate engagement and pipeline quality
  • Analyze sourcing data and trends to provide actionable insights and enhance pipeline performance
  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives by identifying and engaging talent from underrepresented groups
  • Stay current on sourcing best practices, industry trends, and talent market developments in transformation and consulting
  • Develop and execute personalized, high-touch candidate outreach campaigns
  • Leverage technology to maintain an organized talent intelligence database, providing a competitive advantage in talent acquisition
  • Present sourcing metrics, data, and insights to clients and leadership in a professional manner
  • Support long-term talent bench-building and strategic recruiting objectives
  • Continuously enhance your sourcing skills and serve as a resource and trainer for the TA team
