4+ years of related experience, preferably in a Talent Acquisition support capacity
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Great team player but can also work well independently with limited guidance
Process-driven with strong habits and a passion for process improvement and efficiency
Ability to remain composed and detail-oriented in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday, is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
Executing all interview scheduling and related logistics
Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-ups
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment status
Assist recruiters with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, background check coordination, and onboarding documentation
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates to candidates
Simultaneously prioritize and execute a diverse array of tasks, exercising independent judgment and initiative
Advertise PIMCO opportunities on internal and external job boards to attract talent
Review and process talent acquisition related contracts and invoices with external partners
Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to our HR optimization efforts
Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
