Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience successfully executing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, demonstrating a track record of effectively sourcing Product and Engineering roles with the ability to pivot to niche and non-tech areas. They should possess a blend of agency/RPO and in-house recruitment experience, along with exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to fill critical roles while prioritizing a positive candidate experience, and ideally familiarity with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
