Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple functions
Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to understand headcount needs and develop sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure a diverse candidate slate
Manage candidate communications and provide a best-in-class experience
Collaborate with People Ops to maintain accurate reporting and ATS documentation
Represent Iterative Health at events and through digital channels to enhance brand awareness
