Responsibilities

  • Enable an exceptional candidate experience through full-cycle recruitment support
  • Maintain a suitable ATS to meet the ongoing recruitment needs of Sunrise Farms
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, identify recruitment strategy, and define the interview process
  • Post jobs on external job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing potential candidates through applicable channels
  • Engage in international recruitment efforts, including LMIAs, immigration, housing, and other factors
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Review talent acquisition practices to improve candidate experience and process effectiveness
  • Develop and revise Hiring Manager toolkits to drive effective talent acquisition practices
  • Monitor the hiring process to ensure conformity to recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Partner with P&C and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs to actively identify sources for recruitment and rosters of possible candidates for future hires
  • Support the development and integration of diversity, inclusion, equality and belonging practices within the talent acquisition process
  • Maintain, monitor, and report on recruitment KPIs
  • Coordinate with 3rd party recruitment agencies, as required
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition to enable best practices
