Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, technical recruiting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tool
  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platform
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution
  • Experience with HireRight and Paylocity is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system (Lever) and manager hiring workflow
  • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
  • Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Deliver a positive, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding and new-hire orientation
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of headcount initiatives
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support team initiatives and special projects
  • Provide support across key HR functions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
