Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, technical recruiting preferred
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruiting tool
Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance, onboarding, and employee relations
Experience with ATS and HRIS platform
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution
Experience with HireRight and Paylocity is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Build and manage a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates
Maintain accurate recruiting records within the ATS system (Lever) and manager hiring workflow
Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process
Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality
Implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Use data analytics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Deliver a positive, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
Partner with HR to support onboarding and new-hire orientation
Manage the tracking and reporting of headcount initiatives
Support HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to overall team objectives
Collaborate with the HR team to support team initiatives and special projects
Provide support across key HR functions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
