Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in office administration or interview coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Agility and comfort adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with internal partners
  • Comfort with new technologies and tools, particularly AI
  • Bonus: Worked in tech / SaaS

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews with speed and efficiency to support the team's needs, while providing a top tier candidate experience focused on quality and transparency
  • Build strong partnerships with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring partners to cultivate a collaborative approach to recruitment
  • Manage background checks, contingent workers and pre-boarding process
  • Work closely with Onboarding, IT, and Payroll to ensure new Clions have a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience
  • Communicate internal hiring needs and work with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate the internal hiring process
  • Resolve Talent Acquisition queries submitted by employees to the People team via our ticketing platform
  • Provide logistical, tactical and coordination support for hiring events (virtual and in-person)
  • Identify challenges, find creative solutions, and continuously improve internal processes
  • Regularly audit and update the coordination playbook to ensure it is clear and easy to use
  • Help develop and improve back-end recruitment processes: maintaining data integrity of our ATS (Workday) and hiring tracking tools
  • Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity
  • Other duties as required
