The Systems Support Specialist should have experience with property management software, Quickbase, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, and Microsoft Reporting Services. Experience with accessing disparate data sources like databases, XML, and flat files is also required.
The Systems Support Specialist will assist in the development and roll-out of special reports and new systems, as well as maintain existing systems. Responsibilities include creating custom reporting in Quickbase, maintaining Tableau workbooks, assisting with month-end reporting and potential gross rent, and helping with migrations. The role also involves developing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, integrating systems into Microsoft Flow, creating and implementing new Microsoft Forms, developing and maintaining Asset Power Apps, and building reports in Power BI and Microsoft Reporting Services. Additionally, the specialist will access and verify data from various sources and assess the effectiveness of new data sources.
