Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Finance or equivalent industry work, and at least 2 full years of staffed experience on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations. A certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310) is required, with the expectation of obtaining it within the first 90 days of employment, and strong working knowledge of US GAAP is also necessary. Fluent English language skills and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are essential qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant will facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Credit & Collections, collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis. They will produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, lead successful modeling and process area showcase sessions, ensure project success through coaching or mentoring junior consultants, and provide functional knowledge while managing client relationships. Additionally, the role involves improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement, as well as up to 50% travel for client engagements.
