Requirements

  • Graduated from associate (MYO) or bachelor's programs in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related university departments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, hardware, iPad, iOS, tablets, networking, and Office platforms, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience or knowledge in Helpdesk, support desk, and software support
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends if necessary
  • Experience in providing technical training to customers on software products
  • Good level of English (preferred)
  • Customer-oriented mindset, creative, able to generate new solutions, strong communication skills
  • Clear diction, presentable appearance, ability to represent the company effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused, willing to take responsibility, dynamic, with excellent communication and social skills
  • Team player, eager to self-develop, good time management, results-oriented, analytical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Handle, analyze, and provide remote solutions for user-reported problems and requests via phone or email
  • Resolve users' hardware and software issues via phone or remote access
  • Record incoming calls and ensure tickets are closed within targeted timelines
  • Provide first-level support for problems, escalate to relevant units if unable to resolve
  • Support relevant departments during project UAT phases
  • Maintain high helpdesk quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and store inventory information for devices received by the company
  • Provide training to new users on company software usage
  • Support other units in the technology department when necessary
  • Play an active role in solution and improvement processes
