Oklo is seeking a Systems Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in requirements management within regulated industries to support the requirements management process for complex, multidisciplinary engineering efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring requirements are well-structured, traceable, verifiable, and integrated into the product lifecycle, supporting the design and deployment of Oklo's advanced fission power plants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements for requirements development and management across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans.
  • Drive consistency and quality of requirements across technical disciplines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Train and support team members in the use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements and best practices in requirements development.
  • Champion requirements change control and configuration management processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., nuclear, mechanical, aerospace engineering).
  • 3+ years of experience in a requirements management role for complex engineering systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work across diverse technical teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter Requirements (configuration, customization, end-user support).
  • Advanced degree in engineering or systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e.g., INCOSE).
  • Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, nuclear, automotive, defense).
