Preferred qualifications include DAWIA Practitioner Level Certification in Engineering and Technical Management, and familiarity with DoD Biometrics or interagency biometrics in a Defense Acquisition environment.
The Systems Engineer- Consultant will develop and manage comprehensive engineering plans for enterprise product releases, fielding of capabilities, and modernization activities, while also monitoring and analyzing enterprise performance metrics to report on overall system performance. They will ensure systems comply with DoD standards and policies, review and analyze biometric system evaluations, support IT portfolio management and compliance efforts, and facilitate Integrated Product Teams and design reviews, all while completing the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials course and reporting training completion.
