Candidates must possess a relevant Electronic Engineering qualification or equivalent with over 8 years of experience. Experience in system engineering DSP, IC design, and ASIC/FPGA architectures is required. Knowledge of communication systems and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink are desirable.
The Systems and Solutions Engineer will design and develop integrated systems encompassing software, firmware, board, and silicon/SoC components, focusing on customer needs and implementation constraints. Responsibilities include defining systems architecture, translating business opportunities into use cases, and creating product specifications for hardware and software. The engineer will lead design and analysis of component choices, assess technical risks, and define implementation and integration solutions for optimal performance and reliability. They will deliver end-to-end technical solutions to customers, deploy solutions, conduct benchmark tests, and prepare documentation. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with teams on future requirements, influencing research collaborations, and conducting lab experiments for proof-of-concept innovations and feasibility studies.
