Requirements

Candidates must be a US citizen with a TS/SCI security clearance and an active polygraph, possessing at least fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience for Level 04, twelve (12) years for Level 03, nine (09) years for Level 02, and six (06) years for Level 01. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required, and five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on similar projects may be substituted for the degree.

Responsibilities

The Systems Administrator will provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, and Tier 2 (Escalation) support. They will manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, assist users in accessing and utilizing IT systems, and provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems. Additionally, the Systems Administrator will optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning, and provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets, along with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
