A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows operational server administration, AWS/Cloud experience, and Citrix XenApp experience is required. The ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include VMware/Nutanix experience, PowerShell scripting, ITIL framework knowledge, and experience with vulnerability management and mitigation.
The Systems Administrator II will provide L2/L3 operational support for Windows server infrastructure, manage and support Windows Server operating systems, and coordinate Citrix, VMware, AWS, and Azure environments. Responsibilities include participating in an on-call rotation for server administration support, coordinating the management and mitigation of vulnerabilities, and utilizing SCCM, Solarwinds, and NinjaOne for system monitoring and management.
