Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive ERP/P2P experience, including at least 1 year with NetSuite or Coupa
  • Experience with applications such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Kyriba, Ironclad, and Workiva
  • 1+ year working with travel and expense tools such as Navan, Concur, Egencia, or Expensify
  • 1+ year working with iPaaS solutions such as Fivetran, Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato
  • Strong alignment to Remitly’s mission and values
  • Understanding of tech industry financial processes and designing systems to scale
  • Ability to partner effectively with both IT team members and cross-functional business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ERP system (NetSuite), procurement system (Coupa), and other integrated applications to meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders, including upstream and downstream integrations
  • Implement improvements to financial processes supporting procurement, accounting operations, financial reporting, travel/expense, and legal contracting
  • Improve audit and SOX controls/procedures. Maintain processes, governance, and discipline to help systems scale with business growth
  • Partner closely with Finance and Legal teams to enable efficiencies and automations
