Requirements

3+ years of progressive ERP/P2P experience, including at least 1 year with NetSuite or Coupa
Experience with applications such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Kyriba, Ironclad, and Workiva
1+ year working with travel and expense tools such as Navan, Concur, Egencia, or Expensify
1+ year working with iPaaS solutions such as Fivetran, Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato
Strong alignment to Remitly’s mission and values
Understanding of tech industry financial processes and designing systems to scale
Ability to partner effectively with both IT team members and cross-functional business stakeholders

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain ERP system (NetSuite), procurement system (Coupa), and other integrated applications to meet the needs of customers and internal stakeholders, including upstream and downstream integrations
Implement improvements to financial processes supporting procurement, accounting operations, financial reporting, travel/expense, and legal contracting
Improve audit and SOX controls/procedures. Maintain processes, governance, and discipline to help systems scale with business growth
Partner closely with Finance and Legal teams to enable efficiencies and automations
