Requirements

Candidates should have over 4 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Proven ability to break down complex problems and communicate them clearly is also essential.

Responsibilities

The System Analyst will translate business goals into technical solutions, creating detailed specifications from software architecture to UI wireframes and prototypes. They will drive the discovery and research phase through stakeholder interviews, workshops, competitor research, and user research, and validate hypotheses and solutions through evaluative research and usability testing. Responsibilities include preparing and facilitating research and validation sessions, owning solution design, presenting it to stakeholders, and acting as a liaison between business and tech teams. The role also involves supporting and coordinating the implementation process, maintaining and evolving solution specifications, acting as a subject matter expert, conducting hands-on user-level testing, and preparing detailed functional descriptions for designers.
