Requirements

  • Current/active in-scope DoD issued TS/SCI security clearance (noted on resume)
  • IAT/Relevant certifications (noted on resume)
  • On-site work at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO
  • Full-time availability, with potential surges requiring on-call, evenings, and weekends support

Responsibilities

  • Directing and participating in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance activities, both on-site and via remote telephonic support
  • Overseeing Level 2 troubleshooting, break/fix support, and preventive maintenance actions
  • Interacting with remote C2BMC sites and senior leadership within TO-60 and TO-03
  • Attending meetings, managing team resources and schedules
  • Providing continuous training to both Level IIs and COSAs
  • Conducting performance assessments
  • Ensuring effective communication across various stakeholder groups
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required
  • Commitment to developing and delivering innovative solutions addressing customer challenges within an Agile work environment
  • Serving as liaison between operations and multiple teams, including integration, development, and fielding
  • Reporting to the C2BMC-Global Lead and attending leadership meetings, updating/presenting high-level briefs
