On-site work at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO
Full-time availability, with potential surges requiring on-call, evenings, and weekends support

Responsibilities

Directing and participating in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance activities, both on-site and via remote telephonic support
Overseeing Level 2 troubleshooting, break/fix support, and preventive maintenance actions
Interacting with remote C2BMC sites and senior leadership within TO-60 and TO-03
Attending meetings, managing team resources and schedules
Providing continuous training to both Level IIs and COSAs
Conducting performance assessments
Ensuring effective communication across various stakeholder groups
Performing other related duties and assignments as required
Commitment to developing and delivering innovative solutions addressing customer challenges within an Agile work environment
Serving as liaison between operations and multiple teams, including integration, development, and fielding
Reporting to the C2BMC-Global Lead and attending leadership meetings, updating/presenting high-level briefs
