Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and professionalism, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, 3 years of experience in a Tier 1 or 2 help desk environment, the ability to independently triage and prioritize work, a desire to continually evaluate, learn, and adopt new technologies, scripting knowledge in one or more languages such as PowerShell, and a technical degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems and Technology.

Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will manage a queue of technical support requests including updates, status resolution, and closure, troubleshoot and resolve desktop computer, networking, and other common IT issues, triage tickets and re-assign or escalate to appropriate teams, handle new hire IT hardware, account, and software setup and user offboardings, administer software vendor tools, create and maintain IT knowledge base documentation, continuously improve operational processes, and provide on-call support requiring occasional travel to the office for emergencies.
