The SVP, Systems Development should lead and mentor the directors and managers of the Systems Development team, providing strategic direction on the development of the algorithm, software and system portfolio with focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. They should oversee management of iRhythm’s software design efforts, from initial concept through production release, coordinating with internal partners and customers to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations. The role requires partnering with clinical and research teams to set vision for the data strategy, championing the path to leverage data for clinical insights through industry, research, and academic partnerships, aligned with internal data science initiatives. Additionally, the candidate needs to coordinate with regulatory resources on the development of regulatory submissions and strategically respond to regulator questions.
