This is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, but the candidate must reside within the territory of Tucson, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, or Denver, CO, and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region.
The role requires regular travel to multiple accounts throughout the region and may involve up to 50% travel outside the territory.
The role involves driving surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio, developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading account-level contractual strategies, owning quarterly Customer Business Reviews, and building relationships with stakeholders and distribution partners.
You will drive adoption and utilization of Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products including Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation (A&I).
A strong candidate will have sales experience in medical technology, skills in strategic planning and relationship building with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and the ability to reside in the territory with a valid driver's license.
