Requirements

  • Bachelor- or masterdiploma in Sales, Life Sciences, Business of een gerelateerd vakgebied

  • Technische expertise in intraoculaire lenzen en hun klinische toepassingen
  • Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, met een strategische en resultaatgerichte aanpak

Responsibilities

  • Het bevorderen van groei binnen het IOL-portfolio via een bredere toepassing van PC-IOL’s en torische/monofocale IOL’s in zowel de private als publieke zorgsector
  • Het beheren van aanbestedingen en samenwerken met interne teams om concurrerende voorstellen in te dienen
  • Het uitvoeren van het Accelerator-programma bij geselecteerde accounts om betrokkenheid en adoptie van geavanceerde IOL-oplossingen te vergroten
  • Het identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen en aangaan van strategische samenwerkingen om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen
  • Het geven van technisch advies over IOL-oplossingen en klanten helder inzicht geven in de voordelen van ons portfolio
  • Het onderhouden en versterken van relaties met bestaande key accounts voor duurzaam zakelijk succes
  • Het analyseren van concurrentieactiviteiten en delen van inzichten met interne stakeholders
  • Het professioneel vertegenwoordigen van Alcon als betrouwbare partner in chirurgische oogzorg
