Responsibilities

Handle first-level technical support for all customers
Investigate, resolve, and/or triage incoming support tickets
Provide support for urgent issues on an oncall rotation (5pm - 1am EST, weekdays)
Collaborate with product, engineering, and the broader organization to improve customer experience
Work on internal tooling, small coding changes, and support-oriented side projects
