Requirements

Generalist engineer mindset with enjoyment of learning new technologies
Ability to handle a broad technical product supporting over 30 integrations
Comfortable troubleshooting databases, APIs, SQL queries, data structures, JavaScript code, and authentication issues

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot new bugs and formalize bug reports
Represent customers internally and advocate for key issues
Contribute to documentation
