Requirements

  • Generalist engineer mindset with enjoyment of learning new technologies
  • Ability to handle a broad technical product supporting over 30 integrations
  • Comfortable troubleshooting databases, APIs, SQL queries, data structures, JavaScript code, and authentication issues

  • Explore codebase, logs, and test instances to debug difficult problems
  • Troubleshoot new bugs and formalize bug reports
  • Represent customers internally and advocate for key issues
  • Contribute to documentation
  • Help users debug issues with many different database types and APIs
