Application Support Engineer

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support to technical customers, and proficiency in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, including the ability to work with complex SQL queries and experience with database administration is a plus. A degree in Computer Science is a plus, and familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line is required. Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions is also necessary.
The Support Engineer will provide initial and timely responses to support cases, triage support cases by directing users to relevant resources or escalating to appropriate teams, monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions, reproduce issues and create test cases to improve test coverage, and identify opportunities to improve support efficiency through internal tooling development. They will also communicate effectively with users and collaborate with product engineering and growth teams to resolve issues and improve the overall developer experience.
