Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in technical support, specifically with RDBMS environments. Experience working in a 24x7 environment, handling technical case escalations and incident management, and familiarity with database release management are highly desirable. Applicants should be flexible with schedule changes to meet business needs and be able to work the 1st/morning shift which typically starts from 6 am IST.
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer, you will drive technical solutions to complex problems by providing in-depth analysis and guidance to Snowflake customers and partners, utilizing various communication methods such as email, web, and phone. You will adhere to response and resolution SLAs and escalation processes to ensure fast resolution of customer issues, demonstrating good problem-solving skills and a process-oriented approach. Additionally, you will utilize the Snowflake environment, connectors, and tools to investigate issues, document known solutions in the knowledge base, and report well-documented bugs and feature requests.
