As a Base Optimization Specialist within Airtable’s Premium Support, you’ll be a key player in empowering our Enterprise customers to maximize their use of the Airtable platform. You’ll provide expert guidance through 40-minute screen shares, acting as an advisor and problem solver to help customers resolve issues and build effective solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Airtable, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and providing actionable solutions. You’ll also contribute to identifying customer pain points and service gaps for the Product and Support teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 Ask an Expert sessions over Zoom with Enterprise and Premium Enterprise customers.
- Become a leading innovator in the product, applying your knowledge to a wide range of use cases.
- Learn about each customer’s business priorities and guide them on how to best leverage Airtable.
- Participate in a Weekly Rotation to create and triage Ask an Expert Requests.
- Flag when customers are misusing the service.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to provide a superior Premium Support experience.
- Document innovative Use Cases for Airtable using the latest features.
