Responsibilities

As a Base Optimization Specialist, you will conduct 40-minute screen shares with Enterprise and Premium Enterprise customers to resolve issues and build solutions, acting as an advisor and problem solver. You will also learn about customer business priorities and guide them on leveraging Airtable, participate in a weekly rotation to triage requests, document innovative use cases, and partner with Technical Account Managers, Account and Customer Success Managers to provide a comprehensive Premium Support experience. Furthermore, you will identify customer pain points and service gaps to share with the Product team and Service Managers.
