Application Support Engineer

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support to technical customers, and proficiency in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL, including the ability to handle complex SQL queries and experience with database administration is a plus. A degree in Computer Science is a beneficial qualification, along with familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line. Experience working with GitHub Issues and Discussions is also required.
The Support Engineer (APAC) will provide initial and timely responses to all support cases, triage support cases by directing users to relevant resources and escalating complex issues, monitor feedback channels such as GitHub Issues & Discussions, reproduce issues, create test cases, improve test coverage, and identify opportunities for internal tooling to enhance support efficiency. They will also collaborate with product engineering and growth teams to minimize time to fix and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
