Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service, including helping with waters, running smooth checkouts, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances
Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system and cash register
Maintain the shop's aesthetic by folding clothes, straightening displays and racks, and refilling product to keep the sales floor organized and clean
Process various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and store credits
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
Maintain an accurate cash drawer, counting and balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift
Bag or package customer purchases carefully and efficiently
Create a perfect welcome and seamless finish for customers
