Candidates must possess deep and/or broad expertise in supply chain management, specifically in CM/JDM management. A proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment is required, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills. Experience in leading NPI projects from concept to EOL and managing supplier contracts, including reviews and renegotiations, is essential. Familiarity with cost models, BOM and MVA breakdowns, and identifying cost reduction opportunities is also necessary.
The Supply Chain Program Manager will lead strategic CM/JDM relationships, optimizing delivery, quality, and cost while mitigating risks. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, conducting regular business reviews, and resolving supplier-related issues. The role involves leading NPI projects, negotiating supplier terms, ensuring supplier capacity, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with teams to ensure product quality and reduce lead times. Additionally, the manager will identify and execute cost optimization roadmaps.
