This Supply Chain Planner role will be critical in managing the scheduling, procurement, and inventory planning for all packaging, production, and marketing materials, supporting both new product launches and replenishment. The role reports to the Purchasing & Inventory Manager and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely procurement of materials and packaging for production and marketing.
• Support execution of sourcing and purchasing pipeline for business continuity.
• Create and manage Bills of Material (BOMs) both internally and externally.
• Verify and challenge costs from new and existing contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Monitor and communicate supply chain risks internally and externally and proactively develop solutions in collaboration with the Purchasing and Inventory Manager.
• Maintain productive manufacturer, supplier, and cross-functional relationships with a focus on fostering growth and continuous improvement.
• Assist with development and maintenance of supplier performance scorecards.
• Use supply plans and inventory reports, both internal and external (supplier provided), to ensure purchase plans align with target goals.
