Requirements

  • Ability to work closely with supply plants, production planners, sales teams, logistics, Q.C., customs, shipping lines, and CCC team

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage sales forecast, stock, and orders; work closely with supply plants and production planner; carefully control stock to fulfill order requirements
  • Support sales team in business development; collect and maintain customer agreements, customer master data, outline agreements, prices, and customers’ special requirements in business information systems
  • Actively manage customer complaints, ensure resolution without delay, and keep customers informed of progress
  • Actively monitor order progress and keep customers fully informed of any changes from the original promise
  • Closely communicate with supply plants and handle any unexpected situations
  • Identify delivery and documentation required from customers; forward information to logistics for timely preparation and dispatch
  • Actively manage product returns in line with company processes; work with sales, customers, shipping line, customs, Q.C., and logistics; monitor progress and resolve without delay
  • Act as first line in SAP order processing; ensure orders and documentation are conducted without delay
  • Work out SAP solutions with CCC team for special order scenarios or tickets
  • Follow updated control processes to comply with company EHS, Product-EHS, ITC, and SOX requirements to prevent reportable or lost-time accidents
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to aid in smoothing supply chain constraints
  • Support logistics cost and stock management to achieve quarterly and yearly targets
  • Support NEAV SC new projects
