Symbotic is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Audit Specialist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of supply chain processes. This role focuses on auditing goods receipt transactions in SAP, creating and refining supply chain processes, and resolving invoice discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, experience with SAP, and excellent problem-solving skills to drive improvements in accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, auditing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically goods receipt transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including goods receipt and invoice resolution.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other supply chain management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of goods receipt transactions in SAP to ensure accuracy and alignment with purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and supply chain regulations.
  • Process Creation and Improvement: Develop, document, and optimize supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  • Provide training and guidance on process changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Invoice Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and accounts payable teams.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement preventative measures to improve the invoice matching process.
  • Maintain accurate records of goods receipts, corrective actions, and invoice resolutions.
