Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, auditing, or a similar role. They must have hands-on experience with SAP, specifically goods receipt transactions, and a strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including goods receipt and invoice resolution.

Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Audit Specialist, you will conduct regular audits of goods receipt transactions in SAP to ensure accuracy and alignment with purchase orders and delivery documentation, identify discrepancies or errors and implement corrective actions, monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and supply chain regulations, develop, document, and optimize supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems, provide training and guidance on process changes to relevant stakeholders, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and accounts payable teams, analyze recurring issues and implement preventative measures to improve the invoice matching process, and maintain accurate records of goods receipts, corrective actions, and invoice resolutions.
