Responsibilities

The Supply Center Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing on-site product inventory within the Supply Center to support eBusiness initiatives and ensure annual growth goals. Key duties include managing inventory by receiving, unpacking, restocking, rotating stock, cleaning units, performing physical inventory counts, and maintaining visual standards. The specialist will order inventory using SCMS or manual systems, ensuring the accurate product mix to meet customer needs. They will also maintain merchandising and branding standards, respond to customer inquiries, provide customer and competitive intelligence, and support promotional events. The role involves completing all required training and may include training backfill SCSs and new hires.
