Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in fulfillment/logistics operations, experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, or fulfillment role, experience in biotech is preferred, and proficiency with inventory management systems, fulfillment platforms, or ERP software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) are also required, along with the ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

The Supply Logistics Ops Generalist will support daily operations by focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and general logistics to ensure Color’s services run smoothly and efficiently. This includes purchasing and inventory management, such as sourcing vendors, tracking purchase orders, and managing incoming shipments, as well as administration and documentation tasks like project management, meeting documentation, and quality documentation. Additionally, the role involves supporting fulfillment through the Color’s Fulfillment Platform, identifying problems, and ensuring accuracy in order picking, packing, and quality control.
