University/ college in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering related
3+ years working experience in quality control function and new product development
Familiar with common international certifications (ISO9000, QS9000, IATAF16949, SA8000)
Audit Skill to conduct Supplier Qualification Audit, Sustainability and Social Accountability Audit
Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK)
Fluent English
Problem Solving Skill (PDCA, 5W, 8D, Lean 6 Sigma, SPC)
Project Management
Ability of using SAP, Minitab (a plus)

Responsibilities

Manage new supplier qualifications and development
Manage supplier PPAP process in new product development or transfer or resourcing project
Manage Production Assurance (Pre-shipment Inspection/ Process audit) and Problem Solving (CAPA)
Manage internal customer complaint and warranty follow up
Lead continuous improvement internally (GSMA) and externally (supplier side)
Conduct Quality Audit (SQA) and Social Accountability Audit (SA) to suppliers
Trace improvement plan (CAPA) and maintain audit information in a dedicated audit database
Conduct Pre-Shipment Inspection (or EOLA) and issue official inspection report
Perform In-Process Audit (or CAPA) to the Stanley Black & Decker item manufactured by the supplier
Co-work with supplier on all different types of quality compliant and prepare CAPA
Develop continuous improvement with suppliers, including addressing open issues after Product Launch (Supplier PPAP)
Implement Engineering Change from Stanley Black & Decker side
Request/ support Engineering Change (REA) from the supplier side
Root Cause analysis (5W, 8D) and 6 sigma project development
Guide and facilitate Stanley Black & Decker communication platform to suppliers
Provide and explain Stanley Black & Decker engineering requirements (EP, ES, PS)
Co-work with Purchasing responsible (Purchasing Engineer or Buyer) on developing supplier
Co-work with Project Engineer to facility necessary quality concept/requirement in the supplier side
Co-work with Test Lab to verify the product complied with product specification
