Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, customer success, or customer service, preferably within supply chain software or chemical manufacturing industries. A strong understanding of the chemical procurement function and/or the chemical & raw material industry is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills for building trust, and the ability to create structured plans and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

The Supplier Partnerships Lead will own and execute a supplier partnerships strategy, focusing on supplier engagement and outreach to inspire participation and ensure strong reach. This role involves running outbound campaigns to source new supplier partnerships, conducting product demos and pitches virtually and in-person, and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding, inquiries, and escalations. The lead will meticulously track supplier interactions, listen to and track supplier feedback to identify themes for organizational improvement, and track and report on key performance indicators to measure program success. The role requires a commitment to exceeding expectations and adapting to global time zones to support needs.
