Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in mechanical robotics, automation, and/or electrical/mechanical maintenance. A minimum of 2 years of direct leadership or managerial experience, including overseeing remote site support operations independently, is required. Proficiency in inspection functions, high-level robotic troubleshooting with strong electro-mechanical skills, and familiarity with schematics and wiring diagrams are essential. Certification in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing, or an equivalent field is preferred, and programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Supervisor, System Reliability Integration will lead, train, and develop the Reliability team by implementing standardized policies and processes, providing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship. They will coordinate weekly deployment schedules, act as the primary escalation point for system issues, and develop troubleshooting documentation. This role involves ensuring daily compliance with safety standards, managing escalated equipment needs, performing inspections and upgrades on automated systems and the autonomous vehicle fleet, and supporting system uptime through adjustments, calibration, and repairs. The supervisor will also perform advanced troubleshooting of robotic vehicle systems and communicate production-impacting issues effectively, adapting to a dynamic environment.
