Supervisor, Production Management

The Supervisor, Production Management will lead team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes, managing or assisting with various production activities. They will plan, direct, and monitor production to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards, while liaising with other departments for production scheduling and resource allocation. Responsibilities include planning and managing production line maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment, and creating a positive work environment that engages associates and rewards strong performance. Additionally, they will provide front-line supervision, leadership, and work direction to production teams, including managing time and attendance, performance, training, and development.
