Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, platform optimization, and reporting on digital media campaigns for media agencies or consumer brands
English Advanced (mandatory); Portuguese (is a plus)
Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience in running regional campaigns, performance objectives, campaigns on social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.), DV360 campaigns, Demand Gen, and PM
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between business partners and the digital campaign traffic team, ensuring translation of business objectives into achievable digital metrics
Develop digital media plans leveraging platform features and digital assets, with a focus on conversion campaigns
Demonstrate organizational abilities to identify priorities and follow up on projects in a timely manner
Monitor campaign execution through the traffic team, suggest improvements, and track their impact, focusing on quality and performance
Understand technical aspects of performance campaign implementations, including pixelation features, and work with Disney Data Science Team
Maintain an analytical perspective and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns and business outcomes
Provide consistent and comparable campaign performance information to company areas (MKT, BI, Content) for investment evaluation
Align with company guidelines and implement them on media platforms
Focus on platform updates and new market opportunities
