Responsibilities

  • Implement field marketing strategies to accelerate the achievement of prescription and sales objectives
  • Meet performance goals through the construction of individualized action plans by territory, ensuring demand generation growth
  • Lead and develop a balanced medical promotion team in capabilities and skills, competitive and motivated for better performance
  • Provide constant field training to improve medical visits and develop consultants' competencies
  • Lead weekly meetings with the work team
  • Control and execution of micromarketing expenses assigned to the team
  • Cooperate with the organization of medical-scientific education events
  • Stay alert to new opportunities impacting the business
  • Identify relevant market information timely for the marketing area's knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in area management, as well as the dissemination of EPD culture as a competitive advantage to drive Division performance
  • Manage assigned zones by creating strategic plans to efficiently allocate resources and achieve organizational objectives
  • Responsible for the development of skills and competencies of the team
  • Approve and supervise administrative processes on time within the team, always complying with administrative and Compliance policies
