Requirements

HBO Level in engineering or business or equivalent experience
General understanding of mechanics, technical data and deviations, ability to analyse and interpret these topics
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in optimizing and improving production processes
Experience in shop floor management by lean principles
Pro-active, can-do mentality to get things done
Able to keep up the pace of your team and be mindful of their wellbeing
Good communicator on different levels in the organization and between departments
Fluent in English (Dutch nice to have)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Leading a team of ~15 System assembly Engineers in Manufacturing
Daily shop floor management to assign resources, set priorities and report on system status
Leading a multidisciplinary team to work on continuous improvements of products and Manufacturing processes
Ensuring quality of products according to effective technical documents
Responsible for people management of your team (target setting, performance review, development planning)
Interact with R&D to support NPI introductions
